Any idea what Long Term Care Insurance is?
When thinking about my parents and their retirement, I always assumed that Medicaid would pay for my parents should they ever need assistance when they were older. What I found out was that the younger they are, the better. A common question is when is the right time to buy LTC insurance. The fact is, almost all Americans believe that the need for Long-Term Care insurance is overblown. Many of us wont be able to afford long term care (LTC) so this is a huge myth that needs to be addressed.
